This person will work as part of our Claims and Benefits Team to source, analyze, and update the Accolade tools that enable Health Assists to assist members with Medical, BH, Rx, Dental and Vision benefit, claims, and eligibility questions. A strong emphasis is placed on this incumbent’s deep benefit expertise, analytic acumen, technical proficiency, as well as their demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and service-oriented. Success is defined by having benefit content, process guidance, and employer resource data that can be quickly found and understood by our Health Assistants. This is a critical role in a growing company, suited to someone who is willing to learn and grow as our business scales.
