Role Overview

In 2018 we will be enabling a Quality Team for Service Ops, within the structure of our overall Quality program.  The work of this intern will fast track our ability to build out a Quality program appropriate for Serv Ops anchored in industry best practices and tailored to our needs.  Additionally, the client experience work this intern will produce will go immediately into our Transformation Loop to help inform our client experience  ‘north star’.

A Day in the Life

Key Projects, Deliverables & Primary Responsibilities:

The focus of this intern’s time with us will be on Client Experience & Quality.  Key deliverables include:

  • Market research regarding client experience & quality best practices within service and tech-enabled service companies
  • Outlining recommendation to evolve Service Ops Quality program and implementing changes
  • Work in coordination with the other Service Ops interns to ensure total set of deliverables are coordinated and recoommendations fit together in a cohesive strategy enabling us to get more lift out of the collective set of deliverables than any one independtly
