In 2018 we will be enabling a Quality Team for Service Ops, within the structure of our overall Quality program. The work of this intern will fast track our ability to build out a Quality program appropriate for Serv Ops anchored in industry best practices and tailored to our needs. Additionally, the client experience work this intern will produce will go immediately into our Transformation Loop to help inform our client experience ‘north star’.
