Role Overview

The Service Operations Intern will work with the Practice Leads to shape, scope and implement projects that support improved productivity, scalability of operations and/or the adoption of innovation for the Service Operations organization.  This role requires independent thinking and the ability to rally resources at different career levels to provide input and contribute to deliverables.

 

A Day in the Life

Key Projects, Deliverables & Primary Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Defining detailed scope of project
  • Driving project to resolution – through resources aligned to project

Deliverables:

  • Project business case, scope document, and key deliverables
  • Anticipated outcomes
  • Status reports (status, issues, next steps)

 

Key Knowledge, Skills, or Qualities:

  • MBA student
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Project management
  • Analytical skills
  • Service operations experience is helplful (but not required)
