The Service Operations Intern will work with the Practice Leads to shape, scope and implement projects that support improved productivity, scalability of operations and/or the adoption of innovation for the Service Operations organization. This role requires independent thinking and the ability to rally resources at different career levels to provide input and contribute to deliverables.
