The Desktop Engineering team resolves complex issues which helps keep end users productive in their roles. We work with users based in Accolade offices and remotely. We support Windows and Mac devices, as well as virtual devices. We assess new technologies and configurations that will enhance the end user experience. These include small but impactful settings, new versions of major tools, and design and implementation of systems to manage our hardware and software environment. Our products enable the business. We strive to provide a service that users know is a scalable, reliable platform for their tasks.
