We’re looking for a rock-star HR professional with experience and passion around people processes and analytics. In this role you will take the lead to work across our People & Culture (P&C) team to define, document, and continuously improve our people processes ensuring we’re creating processes that are scalable, intuitive, and foster an exceptional user experience for our employees and our People & Culture team. Additionally you will define and drive our People & Culture analytics partnering closely with Senior Leaders to understand their people data needs, support the build of people data reports and dashboards, and provide meaningful insights to enable leaders to make informed people related decisions. Reporting to the Director, People & Culture Operation s and Total Rewards you will work closely with our HRIS team to help design and build solutions within Workday, as well as our broader P&C team to create consistent and steamlined process practices across our team. This is an ideal role for an experienced HR professional who wants to roll up their sleeves and have a big impact creatively and collaboratively evolving our P&C processes and analytics.

A Day in the Life

  • Define, document, maintain, and continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our people processes, ensuring we’re creating processes that are scalable, simple, intuitive, optimize our tools and systems, and foster an exceptional user experience for our employees and P&C team.
  • Create training, support resources, change management and communication plans to drive awareness and education for our employees and/or P&C team regarding new or updated processes.
  • Play a key role in designing and building our P&C internal intranet site to create a streamlined experience where employees can navigate the site with ease to locate the resources and information they need.
  • Lead our efforts to create an internal P&C knowledge management tool and document repository to support our P&C team to effectively fulfill their roles and easily access the tools and resources available to them.
  • Partner with HRIS team to design and build some process solutions, ensure we’re making the most of the tools and systems at our fingertips, and at times make recommendations on other tools or systems we should consider.
  • Partner with the Centers of Excellence (CoE) in defining and documenting their processes and at times act as a liaison between our CoEs and HRIS team.
  • Through effective partnership with our Senior Executives and People & Culture team lead our efforts to establish and maintain a robust package of people related reports and dashboards to support our business in making informed business and people decisions.
  • Act as a consultant to our Senior Leadership team, people leaders, and P&C Business Partners in understanding and interpreting our people data, including limitations of the data and how to translate the data into actionable information to inform business outcomes.
  • Through a sound understanding of our business and P&C vision proactively analyzes our people data to identify relationships between data, trends, or issues that should be escalated and acted upon.
  • Partner closely with HRIS team to support the build out of our people related reports and dashboards and maintain a strong degree of comfort in independently sourcing our people data and building ad hoc reports as necessary.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with demonstrated experience improving and managing HR operational processes, as well as functioning as an HR analytics expert
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field required, Master’s degree preferred
  • Workday experience strongly preferred

  • You’re tech savvy: You’re not only comfortable with technology – you ‘excel’ at it. You have demonstrated experience using an HRIS and advanced skills in working with all programs in the Microsoft suite, especially excel, to simplify and propel your work.
  • You’re a multi-tasking machine: You’ve demonstrated the ability to balance and manage multiple priorities with accuracy, efficiency, and in a timely manner due to your strong organization skills.
  • You collaborate: You’re the consummate team player, able to build strong relationships and effectively partner with other team members to achieve results. You understand how your work (& the way you communicate it) is important to other people.
